Our Management Plans

Industry Observation:

In the Building Management industry, there's a common perception that Building Management services are only required or feasible for large buildings with extensive amenities like pools, gyms, community rooms, spas, and saunas.

However, BME Group has identified a significant shift in recent years, indicating that Owners Corporations of all sizes now require Building Management services.

Therefore, we are now proud to launch our 6x new models of service to the industry, specifically catering to small to medium-sized buildings & of course, large-sized buildings.

Our Management Plans are specifically designed to be tailored to each property, making engaging a Building & Facilities Manager accessible to all property owners!

This shift is driven by various factors such as:

1. Ageing buildings with more complex maintenance needs

2. Changes in legislation (e.g., significant changes to Fire Regulations and the Design & Building Practitioners Act)

3. Increasing demands and expectations of owners

4. Time-poor Strata Committees

5. Inability of Strata Managers to perform the additional functions of a Building Manager

6. The need for more proactive onsite management, presence, planning & oversight of day-to-day functions of a building

7. Complex requirements for Owners Corporations

8. The need to identify cost savings
